Why Premier Kindergarten?
Premier Academy Kindergarten sees every child as an individual who has unique talents. We take pride in promoting learning opportunities that will foster the comprehensive development of each learner, encompassing their physical, emotional, social and cognitive well-being.
The early years environment provides a holistic approach to education for children aged 2 ½ to 5 ½ years, with indoor and outdoor spaces that offer a wide range of play based learning experiences such as hands-on activities field trips and real life-experiences, which puts emphasis on a child-centered approach that promotes a positive learning environment to ensure impactful learning opportunities for our young ones.
Student well-being with the support of a well-structured pastoral curriculum is an integral part of the learning process at our school. We encourage students to develop a positive attitude for “self”, which in turn encourages them to build confidence and allows opportunities for open-minded approaches to learning as well as inculcates key life skills and positive behaviour in our learners.
At kindergarten, our teachers encourage curiosity and enthusiasm for learning through a structured curriculum where the students engage in a variety of activities including arts and crafts, drama, exploration of the world, sensory activities, fine and large motor play as well as extra-curricular activities, where we believe, the interest to pursue talent in sparked!
Our doors are always open to welcome parents to take a guided tour of our school, where one can experience firsthand the vision and mission of the academy through a purposefully built learning facility that has been carefully planned and equipped with resources to cater to different personalities, talents and cultures, and where diversity and collaboration with families is encouraged. As a school, we are geared towards developing confident, independent and globally minded individuals who are equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Kindergarten Highlights
Pre-School Education
For 2 ½ Year-Olds
Our Playgroup children spend most of their time engaged in play-based learning, both within the classroom and outdoor learning environments. Learning through senses is a key element throughout this stage of learning. Activities that encourage listening, touching and feeling; visual discrimination, tasting, and smelling are encouraged throughout our playgroup curricular. Water/sand play is also encouraged from the very beginning. Children at this age are also introduced to swimming and basic I.T skills. P.E skills also play a big role in aiding gross motor development and balance.
Pre-School Education
For 3 ½ Year-Olds
Our 3 ½-year-olds at this stage have attained quite a number of basic skills and can work at these independently. It is at this stage of learning that adults are bombarded with lots of questions during their day to day interactions with children within this age-group. These children continue to enjoy play and their attention spans are getting longer. Careful planning at this level is given especially to include inquiry-based learning in order to enable them to obtain answers to their numerous questions through exploration and experiments. Independence is encouraged throughout this stage of learning whereby children are encouraged to use their own abilities in solving day to day challenges.
